The report must be prepared and submitted in e-form to the e-mail <a href=\"mailto:info@ipma-greece.gr\">info@ipma-greece.gr<\/a> within a maximum period of 120 calendar days from the date the task was issued.<\/li>\n<li>The certification body will evaluate the report in which the candidate must demonstrate satisfactory evidence in 80% of the competence elements within the project\/portfolio management domain according to ICB4, which are defined for strategic projects in a very complex environment. The certification step is concluded with a final interview.<\/li>\n<li>After the interview, the certification body makes a final assessment and for a positive outcome the candidate is issued an IPMA level A certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Visual assessment path for IPMA level A&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;Visual-assessment-path-for-IPMA-level-A&#8221;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2295&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; onclick=&#8221;img_link_large&#8221; img_link_target=&#8221;_blank&#8221; title=&#8221;Image by IPMA HR&#8221;][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;Documents&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;documents&#8221;][vc_column_text]<b><u>Documents that the candidate should study when applying for certification of competencies and issuance of IPMA certificates:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IPMA_ICB_4_0_WEB.pdf\">Individual Competence Baseline for Project, Programme and Portfolio Management<\/a> is an IPMA standard in which project management competencies are defined and described. The book contains basic material for exam preparation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Documents submitted by candidates when applying for certification:<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CV<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IPMA-ICR-HB-Application-Form.docx\">Certification and recertification application form<\/a> &#8211; includes all the necessary personal data so that the certification body can identify the candidate and process the data necessary for the applicant and make a decision on access to the certification process.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IPMA-ICR-HB-Self-Assessment.xlsx\">Self-assessment<\/a> &#8211; a form by which the candidate conducts his\/her own assessment of competencies in knowledge, skills, and abilities.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IPMA-ICR-HB-Executive-Summary-Report.docx\">Summary of the project report<\/a> &#8211; The report may have a maximum of 15 pages and contains:\n<ul>\n<li><b>organization<\/b> (details of the company, industry, and types of projects, main objectives of the company, and the business unit in which the applicant works);<\/li>\n<li><b>a one-page summary<\/b> for each project with related timelines and phases and resources available;<\/li>\n<li><b>the role of the applicant<\/b> (organizational chart with established position, area of responsibility, review of project management procedures they use, relationship with internal and external stakeholders);<\/li>\n<li><b>how the candidate led the project<\/b> and how he\/she meets the complexity criteria for the level for which he\/she is applying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IPMA-ICR-HB-Executive-Summary-Report-A-and-B-Levels-Portfolio.docx\">Summary of the portfolio report<\/a> &#8211; The report should be between 20 and 30 pages, with appendices to the report of 10 &#8211; 20 pages.:\n<ul>\n<li><b>organization<\/b> (details of the company, industry, and types of projects, main objectives of the company, and the business unit in which the applicant works);<\/li>\n<li><b>a one-page summary <\/b>for each portfolio with related timelines and phases and available resources;<\/li>\n<li><b>the role of the applicant<\/b> (organizational chart with established position, area of responsibility, review of project management procedures they use, relationship with internal and external stakeholders);<\/li>\n<li><b>how the candidate has managed the portfolio<\/b> and how he\/she meets the complexity criteria for the level for which he\/she is applying.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>References for verification &#8211; For Level A, the applicant should provide the names and contacts of at least two people to verify his\/her eligibility in relation to the level and domain of certification which he\/she is applying for.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipma-greece.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/IPMA-ICR-HB-Form-Complexity-Ratings.xlsx\">Assessment of management complexity<\/a> &#8211; the form is used by candidates and assessors to assess the complexity of project management and serves to qualify the experience. The form contains ten indicators of complexity.
