Job Location: On-site at our Heraklion offices.

About the Role

We seek a Cruise Development Junior Consultant to join our globally recognized team. In this role, you will contribute to groundbreaking cruise development projects, helping destinations expand their cruise business, attract more cruise lines, and enhance passenger experiences. After training, you will support the team in:

· Conducting research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and tourism offerings to identify growth opportunities.

· Performing SWOT & Trend Analysis to assess market positioning and inform strategic decisions.

· Developing Cruise Excursion Books that showcase destination potential for cruise lines.

· Executing Destination Performance Measurement (DPM) exercises to enhance cruise visitor experiences.

· Assisting in implementing strategic projects for ports, destinations, and cruise operators.

· Creating engaging LinkedIn posts for our clients, enhancing their visibility and positioning in the cruise industry.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

· A strong passion for travel and cruise tourism, with a deep interest in shaping the future of cruise destinations.

· A degree in tourism, marketing, or a related field.

· A few years of experience in tourism, maritime, cruise operations, destination management, marketing, or business consulting is preferred but not essential.

· Proficient in business English (spoken & written), as our work is primarily conducted in English.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with AI tools.

· The ability to conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and tourism offerings.

· The ability to create compelling LinkedIn content reflecting industry insights and client successes.

· The ability to engage confidently with clients, including port authorities, tourism boards, and cruise lines.

· Flexibility to travel with planning as needed for project assignments.

· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset and a desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
